Foundation Construction:
Site Survey and Marking: Precise property line demarcation was performed using surveying equipment, ensuring accurate fence placement. Trench Excavation: A continuous trench was excavated along the marked boundary line, with dimensions determined by soil type and frost line considerations. Stone Foundation Laying: A compacted gravel base was laid within the trench to ensure proper drainage and stability. Pre-cast concrete blocks were carefully laid to form a continuous foundation wall. Mortar was applied between blocks, ensuring a strong and level foundation. Reinforcement bars were incorporated within the foundation for enhanced structural integrity, especially in areas with uneven terrain or potential soil movement. Drainage holes were placed through the foundation to prevent water buildup.
Foundation Curing: Adequate time was allocated for the mortar to cure, ensuring maximum strength and stability.
Fence Construction:
Post Installation: Concrete posts were installed at regular intervals along the stone foundation. Posts were embedded directly into the stone foundation, ensuring vertical alignment and stability. Posts were set to a consistent height.
Rail Installation: Horizontal wooden rails were attached to the posts, providing structural support for the fence panels. Panel Installation: Pre-fabricated wooden fence panels were attached to the rails. Panel materials were chosen based on client preferences and aesthetic requirements. Stainless steel fasteners were used to prevent corrosion. Spacing between panels was maintained to a uniform standard.
Finishing:
Decorative elements were added to the posts for a finished appearance. The wooden fence was treated with a protective stain to enhance weather resistance and longevity. All fasteners were checked, and wood was sanded as needed.
Cleanup:
All excess dirt, and building materials were removed from the job site. The area around the fence was raked, and left in a clean state.
