This project focused on creating a high-quality separation wall to divide an existing space, featuring professional wooden framing, plasterboard installation, door fitting, skirting installation, tape and jointing, and painting.

Wooden Frame Construction:
- Space Planning and Layout: Carefully planned the wall position to maximize functionality of the divided spaces.

Plasterboard Installation:
- Board Selection: Selected appropriate plasterboard types for both sides of the wall, considering acoustics and fire resistance.
- Cutting and Fitting: Precisely cut and fitted plasterboard sheets to the wooden frame.
- Double Layer Application: Applied plasterboard to both sides of the frame, creating a solid, noise-reducing partition.
- Outlet and Switch Cutouts: Made precise cutouts for electrical outlets and switches where required.
Door Installation:
- Door Frame Fitting: Installed a robust door frame, ensuring it was perfectly level and square.
- Door Hanging: Hung the door with precision, ensuring proper clearance and smooth operation.
- Hardware Installation: Fitted high-quality hinges, handles, and locking mechanisms.
- Door Adjustment: Made final adjustments to ensure perfect door operation.
Finishing Work:
- Skirting Installation: Fitted matching skirting boards to both sides of the new wall, maintaining the room's aesthetic.
- Tape and Joint Work: Applied professional tape and joint compound to all seams and screw holes.
- Corner Beading: Installed corner beads for clean, durable edges.
- Sanding: Sanded all joints and transitions to achieve a smooth, seamless surface.
- Painting: Applied primer and multiple coats of high-quality paint to match the existing decor.
Final Details:
- Clean-up: Thoroughly cleaned the site, removing all construction debris.
